Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet has various delivery options to meet your needs. Our teams provide local delivery to metro Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. We also partner with 3rd party delivery services to ship within the 48 contiguous states. Cost of service may vary depending on your purchase and location. Local In-State Deliveries

Premium Delivery Service:

  • Deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday starting at $159.99 if you don’t live too far away.
  • Delivery is 2 days out from the date of purchase if you don't live too far away. Some areas may be subject to additional fees and delivery day restrictions. See a Sales Consultant for full details.
  • Your delivery will be confirmed 2 days before and you will be given a 4-hour delivery window the day before*.
  • Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery. Must be present and available during the full 4 hour window.
  • Upon request, our Delivery Team will call/text when leaving the stop prior, to let you know they are on their way.
  • Premium Delivery includes preparation, assembly, and set up of furniture to one address. Some furniture may require an extra set up fee – please see our Additional Delivery Services for details.
  • Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.
  • Prior to delivery, pathways and rooms must be cleared to allow our Delivery Team proper access.
  • Our Delivery Team is restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved you will need to pay for and schedule this additional service prior to your scheduled delivery date.
  • Haul Away furniture removal available for an added fee – please see our Additional Delivery Services for details.
  • We cannot take appointments or requests. The 4-hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*. Guaranteed Time frames available in select areas for an additional fee, see Additional Delivery Services for details.

Same Day Delivery Service:

  • Everything in Premium Delivery...but EVEN FASTER, if you don't live too far away. In stock items delivered Today!
  • Furniture Delivery starting at $299.99 if you don’t live too far away.

Curbside Delivery Service:

  • $59.99 or FREE with a $599 minimum purchase if you don't live too far away! Limit 10 Pieces, see store for details.
  • Your delivery will be confirmed 2 days before and you will be given a 4-hour delivery window the day before*.
  • Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery. Must be present and available during the full 4 hour window.

  • Products may require do-it-yourself assembly.
  • We place all furniture just inside the garage, carport, or driveway of your house. For apartments, condos, or townhomes, items are delivered to the curb, or at the beginning of any walkways in front of the building. Items will not be taken up or down any stairs.
  • All merchandise is dropped off in the manufacturer's packaging.
  • NOT INCLUDED: placement of furniture into your home, unpacking or unwrapping furniture, removal of packing materials, any necessary assembly, or delivery outside of our delivery area.

You have 5 days to alert us of any damages or defects.

Curbside Delivery Service not available on as-is, floor sample, or clearance merchandise.

Additional Delivery Services:

The following services can be provided for the listed upgrade fees. All fees listed are in addition to our Premium Delivery fee for your area. All services must be scheduled and paid for prior to your delivery date.

Merchandise requiring extensive assembly or items that are considered oversized, such as bunkbeds and very heavy items, are subject to additional fees.

Moving Existing Furniture: +$100

If you need existing furniture moved to make room for your new pieces our delivery team will move furniture piece for piece, to another room for an additional fee. This service is limited to like items only, equivalent to what you are having delivered. Our drivers are not permitted to move any electronics.

Haul Away Furniture: +$150

If you need furniture removed/disposed of to make room for your new items, and you don’t live too far away, our Delivery Team can provide that service for an additional fee. This service is limited to like items only, equivalent to what you are having delivered.

Merchandise requiring extensive assembly or items that are considered oversized, such as bunkbeds and very heavy items, are subject to additional fees.

Mattress Removal: +$30

Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet offers disposal of a mattress set with a purchase of a new mattress set for an additional fee. Certain conditions apply, see a sales associate for full details.

Assembly Fee: +$35

Certain items, such as bunk beds, require an additional assembly that is not included with our Premium Delivery. See your sales associate for full details on which items may require this additional service.

Heavy Lift Fee: +$150

Certain oversized items may require an additional fee for delivery. See your sales associate for full details on which items may require this additional service.

Time Frame Request: +$100

We offer the option to request a 4 hour time frame of either 8am-12pm, or 12pm-4pm if you don't live too far away! See your Sales Consultant for full details.

Other Surcharges to deliveries over 24 pieces

  • 25 to 45 pieces delivered: +$50
  • 46-70 pieces delivered: +$100 For piece counts that are not defined, please contact us.
  • Rescheduling Delivery

    If you need to make changes to your order including delivery date, product(s) on order, or adding warranty protection please contact your Sales Associate by 6pm at least 2 days prior to your delivery date. Changes cannot be made to the order the day before your scheduled delivery. A $50 fee will be charged for rescheduling or changing product(s) on an order the day prior to your scheduled delivery.


    Customer Pickup:

    Pick up is available at our Acworth Distribution Center from 9am-6pm* Monday-Saturday. Pick up day should be scheduled ahead of time with your sales associate. Wait times could be as long as 30-45 minutes if not scheduled.

    We will load the furniture in its carton. We do not assemble furniture that is picked up, that fee is included in our Delivery charge. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or you can return it to the Distribution Center for an exchange. It will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the Distribution Center or pay a delivery fee.

    3rd Party Off Route/Out-of-State Shipping & Deliveries

    If you are located outside of our regularly scheduled delivery area we offer alternate shipping options for your purchase. We will ship your order using the most reliable, fastest and safest method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully identified to ship by a particular method in order to provide optimal delivery service at the most affordable price. For certain items – we ship within the 48 contiguous states. Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box. An actual street address is required.

    We have 2 main methods of shipment available: 3rd Party Small Parcel, and 3rd Party Freight Carrier with Threshold and White Glove options.

    3rd Party Small Parcel

    When an item ships by Small Parcel, it means it will be delivered by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Generally, signatures are not required at delivery but it is at the discretion of each delivery person.>

    It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully. If damage is noted, do not assemble the product. Instead, notify us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). If the item is assembled, it may result in the denial of a replacement piece.


    3rd Party Freight Carrier

    When shipping by Freight Carrier, it means the item is too heavy or too large to ship via the small parcel services so it will be sent to you by a specialized furniture freight carrier. If your purchase is being delivered via a Freight service, you will be contacted by the Freight company prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item for White Glove or Threshold delivery.

    It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully. If damage is noted, do not assemble the product. Instead, notify us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). If the item is assembled, it may result in the denial of a replacement piece.

    Please note the following important details about Freight Delivery:

    Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter.

    If damage is noted, you may refuse the item or decide to keep it. Please note that keeping a defective item does not warrant a discount.

    3rd Party White Glove

    This item will be delivered by a white glove specialized furniture freight carrier. White glove carriers provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process. Unlike common freight carriers, white glove delivery service consists of a trained delivery team that will assist in helping move your order from the truck into your home.

    White Glove delivery includes placement, unpacking and debris removal, and up to 30 minutes of light assembly. An example of this service is the delivery of a bedroom set to the room of your choice, removal of all the packaging, assembly (attaching the headboard, footboard and rails) and the placement of the remaining furniture in the exact location you want.

    Please note: This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

    *In all cases the shipper will not hook up any electrical or component wires. It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully!

    Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves. Please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the sheet they ask you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter.
